Refund policy

At Marilyn Design Studio, we accept returns for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email uemailmarilyn@gmail.com within 7 business days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item and any damaged packaging.

We will review your request and contact you with the next steps for resolving the issue. Please contact us before sending an item back.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
